As a Sales and Customer Success leader, Jackie is all about creating phenomenal Customer Experiences. She has been a VP of Sales, trusted Sales Consultant and Coach to CROs, and led Global Sales Enablement at three B2B tech companies. She also has deep knowledge of Customer Success, having led Customer Success Enablement Programs at CS innovator, Salesforce, and Customer Success at HR Tech start-up Hitch.
Jackie's background in both Sales and Customer Success is a huge asset in helping her see the Customer Journey as a single continuous revenue cycle fueled by product innovation and customer satisfaction.
In addition, Jackie managed a successful Sales consulting business - with clients like Toast, Avaya, Verizon, DHL, Ciber, ArcStream, Dimension Data and Hitachi - while raising two kids. To do that year over year, she had to learn fast, synthesize huge amounts of information, and develop insights that people find new and valuable.
