The principals have extensive experience in sales management, transformation, enablement and consulting across a wide range of enterprise technology companies, including Oracle, SAP, IDC, Siebel, Hyperion, Business Objects, News Corp and others.

The team has worked together before, designing and delivering these services in a wide range of engagements for many technology offerings and customers, over a period of five years.

Lee Levitt is the Managing Director and founder of the Acelera Group. He brings 30+ years of hands-on sales enablement experience, including five years of sales transformation work at Oracle. At Oracle he drove $750M in new pipeline development and $5.8B in strategic and key account revenues.

Prior to joining Oracle, he built and managed IDC’s Sales Advisory Practice, where he worked with the leading tech companies, including Fujitsu, HP, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, Savo Group, and many others, to improve their sales productivity. He launched the first industry research into sales enablement best practices and authored the IDC Sales Productivity Framework.

Lee ran sales operations for Phase Forward, a clinical trials software company, where he implemented and managed the company's first SFA platform and built a robust demand generation process that provided a 15% lift in revenues. As Chief Sales Officer for BAO, a business services firm, he grew revenues by 75% over an 18 month period and closed deals with significant new logos, including CSC, IBM and Oracle.

Lee is a founding member of the Sales Enablement Society and active in the Strategic Account Management Association.

Lee holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Colgate University and is an active cyclist and runner.
